Ingredients for Stew Soup
Chicken 250 gms (with bones)
Water a required
Salt as per taste
Ginger garlic 2 Tbsp
Black peppercorns 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon 1/2" stick
Bay leaf 1
Cloves 6-7
Black cardamom 1
Onion 1 Medium (thinly sliced)
Potatoes 3
Carrots 3
Lauki 250 gms
Tomatoes 2
Coriander handful
Toasted Bread of ur choice

Stew Soup preparation method
Simply add chicken (with bones) n water n let it comes to boil, remove the scum (must step) then add whole spices, onion, salt n ginger garlic paste (plz use fresh). Let it cook for 15 mins then add big cubes of potatoes, carrot n lauki n let it simmer for 20-25 mins. Now add tomatoes (cut into 4 pcs) n cook for another 10-15 mins n that's it urs most soothing soup is ready. While serving add Coriander. Serve with any bread of ur choice or u can enjoy this with plain boil rice too.
