Ingredients for Pancake
milk - 1 cup and 2 tbsp
vinegar - 3 tbsp
all purpose flour - 1 1/2 cup
sugar - 4 tbsp
baking powder - 1 1/2 tsp
baking Soda - 3/4th tsp
salt - 3/4th tsp
eggs - 2
butter - 3 tbsp (melted)

Pancake preparation Method
mix vinegar and milk first. Let it sit for a few minutes. (Desi buttermilk scene on)
mix dry ingredients
add eggs to the milk mixture. Whisk. Add molten butter. Whisk.
add liquid to dry ingredients. Whisk.
let sit for 2-3 mins.
heat frying pan or whatever skillet you wanna use to make them.
lightly brush with butter. ( use silicone brush for easier application)
scoop out equal amounts of batter in the pan and spread evenly to form a round-ish pancake.
flip when you see holes appearing and the pancake is easily detachable from the pan.

maple syrup
strawberry jam
