Ingredients for Masoor Biryani 
Qeema half kg
Masoor daal 1/2 cup
Aalo 4
Laal mirch
Pisa dhania
Garam masala (piss+ whole)
Hari mirchen
Hara dhania podina
Adrak lehsan
Rice half kg

Masoor Biryani preparation method
Sabse pehle oil ya ghee me onion brown krkr side krlen
Uske bad usme garam masla sabut Dal den phr timatar adrak lehsan Dal kr bhon Len then qeema or sary masaly daal k Kuch daair bhoon Len. Then usme dhaai or piyaz brown Jo ki ha use grand krk daal den. Or galny de. Oper se thora hara dhania podina or Hari mirch daal den.

Masoor ke daal me haldi Namak taail or lal mirch daal ke boil krle.

Allo kat kr usme food colour daal ke boil krlen

For rice half kg rice. AK pan me paani namak taaiz patta Bari elaaichi daal ke boil krlen or usme rice Jo soak keia hu use daal kr boil krlen or AK kaani ke baad nikal Len

Assemble time 
Pehle pan me ghee dalen phr rice phr qeeme phr timatar gool kaat kr. Phr rice phr daal or aalo daal den. Us ke oper hara dhania podina or Hari mirch daal den. Phr rice daal k usme food colour kewra or taali hui piyaz daak ke Dum dein.
