Fry Beetroot Masala

Fry Beetroot Masala Ingredients
Beets 2 medium sized (grate them)
Peas less than 1/2 cup
Onion 1 finely chopped
Tomato 1 chopped
Garlic chopped 3
Olive oil 2 tablespoon
Roasted and crushed cumin 1 teaspoon
Grind roasted sesame seeds 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Allspice powder A pinch
Green chilies 4 chopped
Lemon juice 7-8 tablespoon (more if you want tangy)
Coriander for garnishing
Karri patta 5-6

Fry Beetroot Masala preparation method
In a pan, heat oil, fry onions and chopped garlic. Fry for about a minute then add tomatoes, salt and red chili powder, fry for 5 mins then add peas, all spice powder, and half cup water. Cook for about 10 mins then add green chilies, roasted and crushed cumin and grind roasted sesame seeds! Add grated beets now, since they're grated they'll cook very fast, also I like it crunchy and we don't have to cook beets too much, so I add them in the end. Add lemon juice after 5 mins.
Garnish it with chopped karri patta and coriander. You can even fry the karri patta too, I don't particularly fry for this dish.
Enjoy with Tacos 🌮, Flatbread or Rice lovers can enjoy with Cumin Rice!
