Mango Float

Mango Float Ingredients
Condensed milk ½ cup
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Cream 200 ml (haleeb or olpers)
Mango puree 3/4 cup
Mango chunks 2 cup
Marie biscuits or digestive biscuits 300 grams
Whipped cream 2 cup
Red cherries, mint leaves and mango cubes for garnish

Mango Float procedure
Beat condensed milk and lemon juice for 5 to 7 mins on high speed.
Add in cream & beat for more 5 to 7 mins on medium speed.
Pour in mango puree and beat until well combined. And set it aside.
Scrape down the sides of your mixing bowl in between beating.
In a square glass or Pyrex dish layer biscuits then pour that half mixture and spread evenly.
Then give it a layer of mango chunks.
And a layer of whipping cream spread evenly.
Repeat the layers....cover it with cling(plastic wrap )and pop it in the refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours.
Later cut it into slices and decorate each piece with cherries, mint leaves, and mango cubes.
And enjoy this yumminess with your family and loved ones
