Ingredients
Meat
Fry onions
Kajo
Zeera
Shan seehk Tikka masala
(you can use pasandy masala)
Chilli powder
Chilli flex
Raw papaya
Haldi
Lemon
Green chilliesYoghurtGinger/Garlic

Marination
Papaya
Yoghurt
Fry onion
Kajo or khaskhas
Ginger garlic
Zeera
Green chilli
Blend it make a paste...

Add all the remaining ingredients in the meat including the paste u made...marinate it for at least 1hr or more...

Method
Take oil in a pan.
Put the meat n fry it... then add the remaining marination in it...
Add some water n leave it to cook until the meat is cooked & rogan comes up...
(u can adjust yoghurt & water according to ur gravy)
Squeeze a lemon
Add green chillies & dhaniyan
